Help me with removing this nasty wax =[

Help! Save My Dreads

Ok so I've founda bunch of posts about wax removal but I havent found one that I feel would work best...does anyone have any wax removal suggestions and stories that could help me better understand what i should do. i only used wax the first 3 days when i was starting them but i kno that even once is bad...i have a few that are pretty solid right where the dread starts then its loose at the ends. so i kno its gonna be really hard to get it out. but any help would be awesome.

I went to a craft store to buy wool yarn but everything was mixed. I got the one that felt the roughest. its 80% acrylic and 20% wool...would this be good enough for a tam?

i started my dreads on March 21, 2010 i back combed and waxed. then like 4 days later i washed out as much wax as i could because i hated the feeling and crocheted it. then i crocheted some extensions in then because my hair is so short. i took the extensions out in the last week of May because i felt like that was just slowing the process down even more. I just let them go natural and am just starting to do the BS wash and ACV rinse...and try my HARDEST to leave my hands out of my hair lol. its so hard though because my roots are goin nuts and just the middle of my dreads are loose and i have some little loose hairs and loopies. i dont know if this is a good sign or not...im new to the whole dread life lol. how long do you think it will take for my poor babies to recover? and any suggestions on how i could help them recover a little better?

mine are solid with wax in certain areas...would dawn still work for me?

dawn dish soap works like a charm if they are not solid with wax. Remember to dilute it when it's near your scalp, it's powerful.
