have ya ever noticed how beautiful the ppl on this site are?

General Questions

yea i think that people who grow dreadlocks are commonly very intellegent. intelligence can come from good genetics. good genetics can cause good looks. so i think beauty and dreadlocks will find eachother a lot.

Introduce Yourself

yea they are seperated out and in knots. i think i just need more hair. but anywyas yea thanks for ur opinion Paula said:
checked your page, you're 1 year and 2 months in from a shaved head right?

They look to me like they're still in the baby stage...since you started from hair so short, it would have been more advanced if your hair had been longer. But now that it is longer you should start to see more progress.

Is it all formed into dreads already?? like feeling them are they separated into locks already?

Introduce Yourself

wat up people. as we all know it is hard to form an unbiased opinion about yourself so please all of u do me a favor. Just look at my photo and let me know whether or not u consider my hair in dreads. It's just hard for me to tell what passers by on the street see. messy dirtbag or d-locks. lol thanks

growing dreads in a hat or a bandana???????????

Dread Maintenance

hey whats up!!! u were talking to a completely different person but i just wanted to say that i thought the kid with the "one dreadlock hat hair" was in my top 3 fav dread videos. and i thought it was especially cool how proud he was of it. but anyways carry on!

there was a youtube vid (find thread titled "how to prevent this) dude wore a wool hat all the time, his dreads ..or well..dread..singular formed in the shape of the hat...he was so proud of it too..but it looked horrible..i hate sayin any dreads look horribloe but that 1 did..1 mass wit a few dreadlike lumps on the end...2 things help dreads..compression in a hhat..and free movement..so i recomend yiu try leaving em hang free as much as u bind em up in a hat

natural dreadlocks or neglect method dreading

Dreading Methods

all of this is true except for I do believe it takes a lot longer than several weeks for your hair to knot up on its own. Im almost into my second year now and i find myself wondering why my hair isnt as defined as other "neglect" dreaders. All i can think of is that some people aren't honest about their methods or that my hair type isnt ideal. nontheless my hair still looks like dreadlocks to me but anyway thats why i'm here so can u guys watch this short clip and let me kno what u think
