You are better off with a van or bus in many ways or you could go with a motorcycle. But it can be harder living in a tent. You can get school busses for fairly cheap from government auctions and convert them into rv's on the cheap. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=school+bus+conversion&a... I have seen busses go for as low as 1g and the diesel is cheaper than gas for the amount of miles you can drive. Plus I met a man who I only know as gypsy. He has bee living that way for over 40 years.

scalp moisturizer

Dread Maintenance

depending on the maturity of your dreads Dr. bronners makes a leave in conditioner that works great. Also coconut oil is pretty amazing for the same uses you just rub it in with your fingertips. If your locks are younger aloe is a very good alternative. When I first started I used to make an aloe gel with essential oils that worked very well I even made an instructional video on how to make it.

Help! Save My Dreads

I have similar issues with the dead skin. I know that diet can contribute to such things. Maybe try using coconut oil on your scalp it seems to help me.

Help! Save My Dreads

Yea they end up being all sorts of sizes and shapes. I've had a couple times where I had no choice but to cut a bridge. If I didn't i'd have like 2 locks lol.
