HELP W A NAME 4 THE PUPP

General Talk

oh god if it's parvo please make sure you don't allow her ANYWHERE near other dogs. Other dogs can get parvo just from smelling the same dirt. ~(((*Healing Vibes*)))~ for the poor puppy. Get her to the vet immediately! Please get the word out about this terrible breeder. Breeders and pet stores should be avoided at all costs! Remember everybody pet adoption is the BEST choice!!!!! Good Luck!

twist and rip vs backcomb

Dreading Methods

yes twist & rip has the potential to come undone just like backcombing does. It depends upon the hair, some peoples never come undone and some come undone completely. If they do loosen they should be left alone to dread. repeating starter methods is damaging and counter productive. I'm not sure what you mean about the "matted pieces of hair" that's what dreads are...

Need a little help

Dreading Methods

Backcombing is certainly not immanent death for reads, it's just rather damaging to the hair. When my dreads were babies the best thing I washed with was the baking soda, really helped my hair knot up very quickly. The maylee's soaps are amazing but I don't recommend them for baby dreads they are very conditioning. The DHHQ spray won't harm your dreads. If it's the locking accelerator it's just a bottle of salt water-you can use it just make sure you don't leave it on for too long. The shampoo won't destroy your dreads either, it's just got a lot of ing. that I personally try to stay away from, that's your choice though. The pepper should be thrown away!! That stuff is nasty and it probably won't ever wash out of your hair. It's basically sand & sticky resin, don't use it!!!! So do some research and decide for yourself weather you want to T & R or backcomb. T & R is less damaging but your dreads will not fall off if you gently backcomb them either ;o)

First day back at school with new dreads.

General Talk

just get used to it, even when you're done with school you will get looks from people if you have dreads, it doesn't even register with me any more.

General Questions

I had bunches of those flat paddles at the back of my head, they have mostly all begun to round out now.
