okay thank you so much! does it work well? i just want to get rid off all the gross stuff that's always in my hair (i think it's mostly flakes of soap that i don't get out when i wash it)

Not clean, necessarily I suppose, but free of gross flakes and small birds and stuff. right now i just use a bar of dread soap. can anybody help me out?

if i look in te mirroe its typicaly only once or twice a year sometimes less (unless like i get someting in my eye or something that requires looking in a mirror.. but to just see how me or my dreads lkook i just dont bother
but ten again when mine started the nearest mirror was probably a 2 hour drive away...being on a montaintop far from a mirror u just gotta learn to trusty in nature

Right now I use Burt's Bees lotion because it's the only thing that I can find that's cheap and doesn't contain parabens, but I really need to start making my own. Ideally, it would be vegan and as natural as possible.
Can anyone give me some tips? I would really appreciate it.
