would you cut your dreads for a million dollars? (very serious and real question)

General Talk

It's a no brainer in my opinion']. Just do it. Think about what good you can do with the money-your son won't have to worry, you can start up a food bank, maybe subsidize a shelter or soup kitchen, etc...what a great joy!!

Slowing down of progress

General Questions

Pretty locks'] My hair looks almost exactly like yours did at 7 months'] tbh, the only diff I notice so far with the liquid is it got really curly when wet. I prefer the bar for scent. We'll see what happens over the next week or 2 of liquid.

Dreading Methods

red dreads would be awesome'] Just stop brushing and combing, they will dread. Keep them clean and separate after a few weeks, they will decide where to separate...God Bless your journey!

Dreads need my oomph! ;)

Dread Products

yes, dreadbars from dreadlockshampoo site make your hair fluffier, plus if you want, blow dry upside down like Hans said. I do that and it works. In between washes I spray with super weak sea salt mix and blow dry upside down(this is NOT good if you have very dry hair). Also, a loose pony on the very top of your head for a few minutes also lifts the hair for a while when you take it out']

Drying my Dreads takes soo loong....

Dread Maintenance

I got the idea on here to buy 2 sham wows and sew them together and use like a towel. It works really well, just wrap it on like a towel (not super tight) and leave it till you get dressed and most water is absorbed. Then I blow dry off and on til totally dry.

Awesome job ExaltHim!!

This is great idea SE! I was wondering too where the items come from...pretty cool how the ads help with this ;)

I would be willing to donate an item like a peyote sleeve or a stash bag for one of the drawings sometime! I think it would fun to design a custom peyote sleeve for that :)
