can only point out from experience, that backcombed dreads are weak, and to made them stronger i thought i had to use my crochet needle lol, yes truly got very damaged dreads, love them stilas my hair was always weak, and yes with age they are only getting weaker, if you love your dreads you have to set them free, if you want to keep them on a long term, large smile forever

from the first moment my king dit not liked the dreads, and also the way i trod, he accept this, but in his heart, he does not, and also does not overstand to the fullestas we have a good relationship over 25 years now, we both talk and hope that the other might change, he hopes that i might change back, ooooooooo and i hope that somehow he might start to like themcould add many words in this and do not know how this wil end, but for sure i cannot change as i feel as i just woke up, and i do not plan to close my eyes for truth and knowledgedreads are so much more than only hair on my head, its the change of breaking down the rules i grow up withyes and my kids (3) had to think first when i planed to do, and they actually loved my dreads as they are not a fear to them

yes i got also a lot of sisters and breddas who come back to me, for croching the hair into the dreads, hehe guess i am out of work, lolquestion is when the hair is strong, and they stil want, how often is it ok to do this?what would be your advise in this

such true once you start with croching the dreads you have to do more and moreafter a while they are getting thinner and getting a lot of weak pointsbetter follow up the natural way

i know once from a sista who was pregnant and she had louses, and because she dit not want to use chemical stuff to kill them she cut off her locks, and yes somehow it felt that she was stil connected to the old ones, many reasons sometimes, to cut or to want them back

my sista had done this several times, i done it once and it worked wel, you do not loose hehe the extended dreads, after a while you have hard times to find the ones you have put in, was more that you felt the differencemy sista done it with a needle and some thread, i only used the hair, and yes croched them together smilepersonally when the hair is very thin, i would not personally do, as the root might not handle the weight, was my fear in this

such a nice place here, got my dreads for some years think 2 or 3, such little time, but somehow it feels like if i had them all my life, )no longer kept in rules set up by others, but the strength and love i feel to trod my own way, i love to have them free, to show up to everyone, that i love to break down the walls,think when its get more fashion i might consider to hide and to keep for myself, but at this point i create more question to have them open, and i love when i make others to think twicemore love and unity we need in this time
