what exacly is the baking soda cleaning method?

if you dont use the vingire it itches bad i didnt use it at first cuz i thought it sounded funny and would smell bad. its actually amazing and it really donst smell for long. i was really suprised but it makes them so soft its absolutely amazing

i through them in this dread bun that comes undone and has dreads sticking every which way by the time my shifts over.... sometimes i'll go in the back an fix them.... but i'm normally to lazy... and i kinda like the way it looks
