haha i absolutely agree with you and soaring eagle...preach on =) i too have improved on my nutritional intake, my body feels so at ease...allows my mind to think straight too.

@mamakittylove, 9 days, you are on a journey to self knowledge and unconditional love...dreads brought me not only happiness but patience...believe it or not, you will grow with them...all natural is what i encourage and good luck to you on your journey <3 kris

haha, couldnt have said it better...its been years since i thought about dreading my hair...especially in some cultures women are forced to pinning up their hair or not having rights to styling it as they please...for me the beauty of life is patience and freewill, i thought about dreading years ago but i finally executed it a few months ago...that there is patience and along with the natural process, its really true you grow with your dreads...both are tied into one...just like mind body and soul...and if dreading is just for the look then youre totally missing the bigger picture...thnks for all the lovin and support of dreadheads...

nice, i ought to try that nettle method sometime. i started making my own organic/herbal rinse at home, along with a baking soda/cool water cleansing.works wonders i tell you...well good to know your dreads are looking up.

neglect is the best way, i think...how long you been dreadin for? i got a few months in...neglect is too legit...avoid anything that isn't natural/herbal <3

Purkurr´s neglect method

hey i had the same issue, but if you're going neglect that's bound to happen. i redid mine in the back....simple sectioning and braids....it was the greatest help. i have 2 months in and im glad i sectioned the back, mine morphed into 2 huge dreads lol. just make sure you use an herbal based moisturizer for your scalp to prevent dandruff and you should be good in no time.
