Introduce Yourself

I used dhhq shampoo for a while but the itchy was driving me crazy! Threw it out and started using BS/Acv and my head immediately got better.

putting new dreads back ?

General Questions

I use a shoe lace tied really loosely to pull my hair back for work. I bought the really wide shoelace for sneakers and wear it like an Alice band. Its not elastic do it shouldn't hinder progress to much, the rest of the time my hairs down. If its at your shoulder you probably won't be able to tie them long when shrinkage kicks in.

the only thing I miss....

General Talk

Well the only thing I miss about my predread hair is my huge hat collection. I used to collect hats and have a whole wall covered in hats that now don't fit. But no fret, I'll just add on to my collection. I already have 2 hats that were given to me as gifts but were to large. now they are just right! Anyone else missing something like me?

Greyish powdery locks

General Questions

I did something that got rid of the problem. First off, i did a extra strong BS Wash. I used boiled water and mixed while still hot. Left it in 15 minutes. Rinsed them good then dipped my dreads in a bowl of boiling water.the water turned cloudy again. Squeezed them out good and repeated a few times. Then a good long cold rinse. Finally acv , rinse and rosemary teatree rinse. And voila! Greyish Dreads are now clean! Well it worked for me.
