It's been like 4 or 5 months since I started dreading and it's going pretty good so far. My dandruff has basically vanished and I'm noticing a lot of new loops and knots everyday or so, I was wondering about finding work with my hair. My mom says nobody will hire me if my hair looks like this, is that true?

I finally got the oils for the BS wash and it's pretty awesome, but my dandruff hasn't gotten any better. It will go away when I was my hair, but by the end of the day it's back. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?
