i'm in my ninth month and they are just now starting to shrink and get all loopy.. hah but i had super straight hair before. but i am reallllly starting to love my hair!

soooo my dreads are like getting shorter and shorter.. like they are shrinking.. will it like stay like this or will they eventually get long and not so bumpy?
Okay so I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I need to obviously look nice. Does anyone have any suggestions as of how to wear my dreads Saturday cause i have no clue what to do with them. hah
yeah thats what my dad said cause heused to have them. he said it took his 2 full years tobe a nice full head of locs. so it should be okay(: thanks!

It's normal to dread first where you sleep. You can try wearing a tam to redistribute the pressure. But it's completely normal to dread like that. Just wait a few more months five months is really that far in. They should only be about halfway dreaded by now.
so ive been dreading for 5 months now and it just seems everyone else is soo ahead of me. the sides of my hair just dont seem to want to lock up. its frustrating at times because people ask me why is your hair not locking up in the front and only the back. is there something i can do to help my hair or is it just best to let it do what it wants to do.

my hair is the same way! ive been dreading for 5 months now and still like the sides are completly straight.. and it looks combed and everything.
So i started dreading my hair in october. And the back looks fine but the front hasnt done a thing. i feel like im doing something wrong.. what can make my dreads look natural but also kinda speed up the process?
