Just wash when you feel that you need to. You use vinegar after the baking soda to get the ph level right again.

I guess I can just "whash my head when i feel dirty", right? Or is there any kinda schedule? Also, do i do the vinegar one every wash or is it more of a periodic thing?

I dont have much money but i donated 10 dollars, hope that was for some help.
Try a baking soda wash and the itchyness should be gone.
What do you wash with? It shouldnt be itchy.
I use about a half decilitre in about 0.5 litre water and it works fine for me. Then i mix the oils in the same bowl and dip my head into it and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. After im done in the shower i do the acv and rinse it out.
And btw, 20 drops tea tree sounds pretty much.
