General Questions

Wearing a hat is a necessity, at least for the first bit.

And I'm using dr.brommers, although I'm not sure what 'tghe bs' is.. something with baking soda I imagine?

Starting Tips!

General Questions

Hello to everyone here.. I've been reading and checking out others peoples stories here and there and I'm stoked to be starting mine now. My hair is right around my shoulders (how ever long that makes it) and I've beenconditionerfree for a while now (a year or so). I know my hair is ready, so for the past week I've been hands off but I've come across some questions....

Due to my job (I'm an accountant) I have been wearing beanies at work all day. It helps me keep my hands out of my hair and also people don't question my financial advice, but it seems like the back of my head is forming into two big dreads, whereas the rest of my hair is slowly getting the look like I just got out of the ocean. Should I start tnr'ing and sectioning it out, or just leave it?

I get nervous when I was my hair cause I think all the little knots starting to form are just going to wash out. Should this be more of a 'hair soak' or a delicate hair wash?

If any of you guys have other tips for me, let 'em fly!

Thanks!
