Should I be worried?

Help! Save My Dreads

Thank you! I do like the extra personality and uniqueness about them. The natural looking dreads are my favorite. I just wasn't expecting such huge clumps. Lol. But I understand it's a process and they will continue to change from here. I just haven't seen pictures of anyone with loops that dramatic so far.

Should I be worried?

Help! Save My Dreads

These are a little over 2 months old now and I havnt really done much maintenance other than separating and a little palm rolling since I initially back combed them. My hair is naturally pretty wavy so I wasn't much surprised to see loops and bumps, but now I'm starting to get a little worried they are just going to end up as huge unfixable clumps. Will palm rolling help with this? Will this fix itself over time?

Do these look normal?

Help! Save My Dreads

I just recently started these about three weeks ago using backcombing. I would have used a different method if I would have done more research beforehand. I almost even fell for the wax but luckily found this site before actually putting it in my hair. My question is do they look like they should after three weeks? They have come pretty loose. I understand looseness is normal but how loose is too loose? Pardon the fuzz they are extremely messy because I just washed them.
