So I have psoriasis and someone suggested that I try African black soap. I've also just shaved my head and want to dread my hair as it grows back and I'm currently washing my head with body soap. Would this soap be safe for dreads? Would it prevent dreads?

I've just shaved my head and I plan to never comb my hair when it grows back. I'm just gonna browse around here and learn how to take care of it when the time comes, maybe get to know some people So how long does my hair have to be before I see some dreads?
