also palm rolling really does no good at all  but yea they are perfectly normal, just lil slower then expected so my 1st and only question would be what are you washing with and how often   and gypsyfae so good to see you

I have palm rolled them afew times but they still go back to how it looks like now, which i have no problem with ofc. And for your question: I use http://i.imgur.com/GBQQMKV.jpg

It says ''goes to the cellular level. Restores smoothness without excess residues*

Totally normal for freeform/neglect method, especially if you have fine hair.  Most of mine wound up doing something like that, tails and all, then formed medallions.  Many of the medallions have narrowed out over time (they'll be 2 years old in December) and some still have tails that are slowly dreading up in to the base of them.  If you absolutely don't like them, consider palm rolling your dreads while they are damp after washing to help them along.  I've thought about it and done it once or twice, but I feel that it defeats the purpose of letting them just be natural.  Remind yourself that it's part of the process. It's a lesson in patience.  <3

Ah okay good, thank you so much! It doesnt bother me that they look how they look right now though, i just have to wait and wait! Thank you for the comment and thank you for your time.

Help! Save My Dreads

To whomsoever sees this, hello.

In November 2014, i decided to go for the ''free form, neglect'' dread method, its has almost been a year now and im wondering if my horrible dreadlocks are supposed to look like this:

http://i.imgur.com/DDFTaqg.jpg

http://i.imgur.com/JRbvsyy.jpg this one and http://i.imgur.com/bxtlrVI.jpg this one are the same ones (same dreadlock i mean)
Those are not all i have, i have have afew more dreads, well, i cant call them dreadlocks yet since theyre still growing and maturing and what not. I would be very happy and thankful for respone and help. Thank you.
