What are these ??

Dread Maintenance

I've asked about these a few times but still not sure about them. There's lighter coloured bits hanging from where my hair is in the process of dreading, I've pointed an arrow to the one I've cut off and hoping it doesn't ruin a year's work! It was getting extremely long and full of fluff, dirt and fabrics from various t-shirts or face towels, etc. Hope I won't regret doing this...

I hope my hair will be okay, as you can see I have quite a few of them, they look ginger compared to the rest of my hair. Any tops? I won't touch them again!

Is this going to be a mega-dread?

Dread Maintenance

That fat baby dread is really flat but I've read you think stuff like that give it a unique character and tend to subscribe to thisopinionso I'm not too bothered about it!

ITCHY! :(

Dread Maintenance

I found that leaving the ACV in longer always helps!

At least a minute I'd say.

will it be a congo and look better once my hair is longer and dreaded completely?

should i seperate anything else getting tangled up with it straight after ever wash or doesn't it matter what time of day?

the rest of my hair seems to be okay

got a few of these normal looking baby dreads

Is this going to be a mega-dread?

Dread Maintenance

I just deleted those ones and uploaded two better ones!

I sleep on my back, and this is happening at the very back of my head. Maybe that's why it's so thick and flat?

Dread Maintenance

Should I be concerned about this being out of control?

I don't think there's any chance of seperating them either, I've neglected it from the start.

It feels matted, thin yet really loose at the roots.

Sorry about the quality.

My hair was very shorter when I started and I see your hair is nice and curly!

Dreading Methods

Definitely not that rough with the shake!

I kind of just shake to the left and right, then whip my head back and fourth, it also seems to keep the hair out of my face better as well.

That makes sense, it' just gonna do what it wants at the end of the day and guess thats the beauty of neglect!

I just get so paranoid!
