Help! Save My Dreads

How long after dreading can I dye my dreads? Or bleach? Mine are two months and the colour needs changing.Also how can I get the disgusting dandruff out of my hair/scalp? Is the anti-dandruff shampoos okay? Xx

I love acting and drama and it is one of my few talents, can you be an actress/actor with dreads though? And model? I am one but needing my licence renewed and only recently got dreads....Also, I love working with children and I may be getting an apprientiship when leaving school at a children's centre? Could I be able to, if I have dreads?

opinions on rubber bands, and dreadballing?

I think that the rubber bands do help a lot, bring loose hair etc together and tighten the top of the dreads (or bottom) but I do know that they can cause damage.

dreadballing? is it effective? how good is it? im watching youtube videos all the time but still how good is it, and how do you properly do it?

Thank you!! Some of them are free form, but I used backcombing method and twist and rip for most of them. I've had them about two months now
