I have residue and hard water. I follow the ratios listed on here. I've even boiled the water and used bottled water. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if its just my body.

I get build up also. This topic seems to be popping up more. The response is usually that your not using the right ratios. But fore I've followed all the guidelines and ratios here. I have hard water and have even boiled it and used bottled water with no noticeable change.

My hair always has this. I have followed the guidelines. I thought it was maybe cause i have hard water. Ive boiled the water but their was no minerals at the bottom or anything like that. I have even used bottle water to no avail. I have a residue on my brush-(haven't started dreading yet, hoping to find a job first). Even when I shaved my head all the time I had skin I could scrub off with fingernails. So I'm not sure what it is for me.

Well for me I can do more. See more. More everything on this old site. Maybe I'm not doing it right lol. Time will tell. And I look forward to the new site. I apologize if I have come off rude or grumpy.

I hope I'm not coming off rude or anything, I cerbtainly dont mean to. But on mobile for me personally there is nothing to do on the new site. There is maybe 4 or 5 topics to look at in forums. I'm not gonna go to a new site when it has less stuff then the old one. I wouldn't even be able to reply to this on the new site. Here on the old one I can do so much more. Maybe it's cause I'm on my phone I don't know. I'll just have to wait til it's merged. Hopefully then the new site will let me do everything everyone is saying they can do. But right now I can't. Again it may be because I'm doing it all from my phone. It may be completely different on a computer.

Well on my phone, I can scroll thru stuff now. But it seems very limited. Like if I look at all groups there is only 10. If I like at forums there is only like 4 topics. No arrows for pages or any way to view more.

You can use bottled water if you need to. For acv you want to put in around a capful in 5 cups of water. Rinse out the bs, then do acv. Leave maybe a minute at most. Rinse. They say rinse with cool/cold water. This is what I've been told anyways.

I haven't started dreading yet but do use a bs wash. Since I still comb I notice a residue on my brush. Is it from not rinsing well enough? Or maybe the bs not mixing well? I'd like to get this resolved so when I do throw away by brush it will be ready. --- And I have stopped doing the acv rinse cause my hair gets oily faster if I do. But I'm still experimenting with it.
