I have a quick question about a couple of my forming dreads. a couple ha ve a thick root base but on the ends they are branched out into three little strands of hair. I'm just wondering if this is normal and will they eventually form together into a single dread??

I get on this site via cell phone and some of the links will not load. i try to do my own research before posting here but this is the place i have put my trust in for my hair. I'm only in week two of neglecting my hair but have ran into some problems with itchy scalp. my questions are what can i. mix to help with this. i like to do everything myself instead of purchasing products. can anyone give me a dread friendly mixture please. also does it hurt to itch if i have too :p i have been trying to not touch my head at all but I'm afraid i may be doing it in my sleep. thanks again for ur help

I'm a dread newbie also but had this same question . use the sea salt mix about 2 hours before u wash them. the ratio is 1 tablespoon of sea salt per 16 ounces or 3.5 percent of the water volume. this is what. they told me when i asked
