Hi,I'm new, can someone give me further information?

Introduce Yourself

It seems to me, as ive been pretty much glued to this websit for two days that in order to get what you want, you have to do only one thing. nothing. wait and wait and wait maybe seperate once in awhile and baking soda washes every three/4 days (you will find what works for you on the washing) and then after awhile forget about them, wait some more. but mostly do nothing. dont touch your hair, try not to twist or tnt, or anything. if you want to get natural dreads, then all u have to do is throw away your comb! much love.

awesome! thanks so much for the advise. have had very good results using homeopathics for other things, and have even tried using one from boiron ( a pellet that dissolves under tounge) but as with other ailments they didnt seem to help with quitting smoking. will try to find what u speak of! had been vaping for awhile, but wanted to try and quit smoking first, then if i still wanted to vap for fun/pleasure once in awhile was going to do that. had a nice little cheap vap but let my friend borro it, and it got broke accidentally, which is when went back to analog smokes, and its been getting pretty bad. so thank you so much for the support!

okay thanks! i dint like do it tightly, just kinda a gentle twisting. but i will stop doing that. im just so impatient, also i am quitting smoking and i think i play with my hair a lot in general which im trying to break tht habit too since i wont be able to finger comb my hair once i start dreading. so just that nervous energy, the cold boring weather and the cigarette cravings are just like making me really antsy. but i will try to just be patient...

lastnight beforbed i twisted a bit of sections of hair to keep them from getting too clumpy when i sleep. do you think this is helping or hurting the process, or does it not really matter. i am just interested ina piecy/loose/ look and dont want too many chunks growing together. so i thought sectioning it off by hand loosy would help to accomplish this. but what do i know?

awesome. I have been washing my hair about every two days. So it wont be hard to wait three or four. I actually didnt wash my hair but evry 3/4/5 days back when i had longer locks. I just donated twenty inches this past spring to locks of love. it was a great feeling. it was then with my 28 some odd inches of hair that ien t ponder drads. but i had grown them out to donate so i wanted to make the correct efforts to follow through. now that i have a little length left, its time to pull the trigger. so it should be relativly easy to do it oncw/twice a week.
