General Questions

you need to separate dreads if you don't want them to become a huge congo. And after shower is an excellent time to separate your dreads because it hurts less.

Really really really huge dread?

Dread Maintenance

It's been 3-4 months since I've quit brushing my hair. I have a friend that has 2 dreads in the back of her hair and they were not really big but they start getting really fat but she used the twist and rip method. But mine are natural. I'm wondering if they'll get more big then they are? Should I separate them?

Is it okay to bleach my hair?

Dreadlock Styles and Dread Styling

I 'd like to know if it would stop the dreading process if I bleached my hair? I started the natural method one month ago.. I read that dreads needed to be mature to be dyed but I'm not sure.. Can someone help me please? :)

How old were you when you started your dreads?

Dreadlocks Journey Emotional Support

I just started my dread journey because I like the look, but I also think that I have to learn things from that, like being patient and let go.
I also appreciate not brushing my hair.
