its extremely strong so should be added to water or a carier oil
jojobas a great cxarier oil but remember its conditioning
so add the rosemary to yoir bs wash or a after rinse
a few drops goes a long way 10-30 drops is plwnty for a gallon of water

olive oils a pretty heavy oil tharts very easty to over use and hard to remove so will delay or stiop dreading
heavy oils are used more for cradle cap like conditions
dandruff or what ppl xall dandruff is a wide range of conditions true dandrufs not very common
