Since you're my new, awesome friend who is also an animator, I feel the need to share this with you. It's pretty damn cool. !
Have to do two comments.. sorry, I am in a rambling mood. Feel free to tell me to zip it at ANY time. haha.

I am pretty ignorant about artists I am afraid. Love art in general though. Had a blast looking around galleries in Beijing last summer. I tend to like things that are unique to their own style? If that makes sense haha.
Music wise, I am currently really into Celtic stuff and this medieval folk band called faun. But really, I love most music: metal, classic rock, folk, anything incredibly weird, some very underground hiphop (the mainstream stuff makes me vomit/laugh). I'll give anything a listen, really.

The class is pretty supreme. Plus the professor is pretty much a 70 year old hobbit from brooklyn, she is my fav.
We Americans are mostly mutts, but from what I can tell I got german, russian, mexican and irish blood in me. As far as where I live, I am in Oregon.
I appreciate the dread encouragement, lately I have been getting quite frustrated with them, but there's no way in hell I'd turn back now.
You art work is really amazing.. do not say it is terrible or I shall have to smack you out of jealousy (i wish i could produce such things...) I am particularly enamored with the first one under your Jan 4th post (masked person. Is it painted??). Also- the zelda ones fucking OWN. Seriously...

No problem! I am guessing you are of Finnish ancestry? The music you posted is awesome... I am currently taking a Norse/celtic Mythology class and its really fascinating. My dreams have been full of Loki and Thor haha.
Just checked out your blog and am totally blown away by your art! It's very intense/beautiful.
