welcome but warning.. crochet is EXTREMELY bad for dreads it breaks thousands of hairs everytime its used. 1 use, if tight delays or prevents any dreading at all for about 6 months, then takes 3 years to lose the stiffness.
during recovery you will have 10-100 times more frizz then normal due to all the broken hairs. they can feel scratchy like steel wool from all the broken hairs
i hope it was only done once and not at all tight... and please if you have a hook throw it in the trash so you are never temmpted to use it again
