yes mine looked bad... I started with wax then combed it out completely waited a month and couldn't go with out them so I did it again... You have to relax and forget you have hair. If you family is giving you a hard time ignore them or calmly explain it takes time... my mom always asked... "when are they gonna be finished?" My reply was they are never "finished" they are always changing and right now they are being messy adolecents and soon they will be rebellious teens then eventually they will be wild young adults and maybe one day they will be boring but when that day comes I will cut them... (I put it in terms a parent can understand and said I would cut them to get her to chill) The good news is they will never be boring so I don't have to worry about cutting them!!! Think positive and stop worrying about them they are gonna do their own thing and you will love it! One thing dreads will teach you is to lose the vanity that society shoves down our throats since birth...
