If by "twisting" you mean retwisting, stop. Retwisting causes a condition called traction alopecia. It puts too much torque on your locks and scalp. It pulls hairs out and leads directly to baldness. You should never see scalp showing in between your sections
Welcome. Palmrolling does nothing positive to dreads and can, in fact, be harmful. It can pull hair out at the roots if done excessively. The only time it is useful is f you have waxed your dreads. But wax is absolutely terrible for dreads and should be removed immediately, if you did use it,

Welcome. But when you use sea salt, you shouldn't leave it in for more than 2 hours. So don't use it every day. You only need it 1-2 times a week
