Dreads with Frizzy/curly hair
Hi My name is Eddy and i have Frizzy hair but when it gets wet it gets really curly!!!
I got my hair dreaded/ (twisted) August 4th 2011so just a couple of days ago and they look
like gel twist... I got them done by an African lady she used the twisting with the comb method
and she is well known for dreading peoples hair in VA she works at a salon... i just want to know if my twist look how their suppose to ? Im sure they do because my brother said his looked just like that and it took him 6 months for his hair to lock... i have not had them retwisted yet becuase its only been 4 days.
my bro said the more i go and get them retwisted the more they look like dreads?? PLEASE look at the link i posted of my twist... Please let me know what you guys think??????????

i think that lady didnt have a clue but its ok they will still dread as long as u leave thm alone and let them dread those look odd
dot dont worry u never needed her to do that to u to begin with
just give em rtime to dread and they will do not retwist

2 u do not ever ever want to retwist drereads unless u want to go bald
3 are you african american? if not twists will not work for u
4 salons are always a bad bad bad uidea when it comes top dreads
5 and final point ..the less u do the quickler they look like dreads..hands off do nothing but wash and seperate thats all dreads happen from letting thenm dread did this salon tell yopu not to wash ypur hair and come back every 2 weeks? ignore her wash your hair and wauiit fpr it to dread the end ok fix the picture i wanna see what was done
