Thanks for the warm welcome! I've honestly been using whatever I have but since they're starting to mature ive been rinsing with rosemary. I'm open to suggestions for products.And I haven't had to rip in a while but in the past it's been to avoid them from being too big...I didn't want them weighing too much on my scalp.
Welcome. Eagle's right about palm rolling. It's not worth the risk of completely destroying your locks. I palm rolled 4-5 of mine for the first 2 weeks. 6 years later I am still trying to fix the severe damage:

welcome but wouldnt bother palm rolling it does nothing at all
unless u do it so obsessivly to cause permenant harm
