I tried to post this but I think it disappeared. I'm planning on going swimming for the first time since having my dreads and I'm not sure if I should just leave them to do their thing or buy a swim cap?? Going to be going swimming in a lake so I'm not sure if I should be concerned about stuff ending up stuck in my dreads? And what about chlorine and salt water? Are those bad for dreads? Should I buy a swim cap? Or just wash my hair good after?
