Just a quick hello!

I just joined, so I thought I should introduce myself. I'm Richelle, but people usually just call me Shelly. I've been wanting to dread for awhile, and I am so happy I found this site. My hair has always been thick, coarse, and on the dry side, so I decided that dreading is the way to go. I've been on a spiritual journey for the past few years, and this seems like the next path the Universe is taking me on. Love to you all!

Well, I did a couple twist and rips, but I'm just going with the natural route from here on out. I've done a few baking soda/acv washes and am just waiting for my Dreadlocks shampoo to get here. Now I will just sit back and let Nature do her thing.
