Swimming Pools? Yay or Nay?

Got a swimming pool. Chlorinated and all that stuff. Normal deal. Is it harmful for dreading or not?

for dreading ofcourse not for hair in general somewgat

what u want to do is

1 before swimming soak your hair u=]in unchlorinated water so its saturated and wont absorb much chlorine

after swimming rince or wash but do not use the baking soda at least not till adter u use acv..yes i said after in this case u do acv 1st then bs then acv again bjt a soap followed by acv is probly better
