Knots on my head

idk if this is normal, but i tNr'd my head and like the base of 3 or 4 dreads are joining together, idk if thats okay or what. it probably is, but i just need some help. haha

their pretty locked up at the roots really, should i seperate and rip the hair? or what?

yes u will always have to seperate by ripping them apart the faster the dread the more often u gotta seoperate or they congo and eventualy try to become 1 massive dread

so seperarte often seperate when damp its easisest then'
