What's cooking tonight?

Made some French onion soup with garlic bread. We woke up to snow this morning and this hit the spot....nice warm soup.

OH my! I need to make a vegetarian version of that... I forgot how much I LOVE that stuff! Looks great! We are having some vegetarian mexican lasagna tonight!

The veg Mex Lasagna sounds good. I made the regular meat lasagna about three days ago, have enough for a few more days in the freezer. We love it, it is always good on a winter night too. Beef stroganoff is next on my list of things to make. Pictures Pictures
