How do I use baking soda and acv I'm starting natural dreading but not sure how to use it

mix 1 spponful per cuppour iver4 headwait 10 minrinsemix 1 spoonful (acv) per cuppour over headwait 3 mninrinseits pretty simpleif u use the oils a few drops per cup up to 10-30 per gallon

I mix with warm water...I don't think it really makes a difference. But after you've done everything, before you leave the shower do a rinse with water as cold as you can stand...this will close the pores of your scalp and it will help you hair stay cleaner longer
