When I first decided to think about doing dreads, I was thinking of doing a combo of fake/real for a "mixed media" effect (I'm a mixed media artist and felt I needed this for myself as I've never been happy with my hair, EVER). She did wool extensions which I'm not really wanting to do. But ever if I don't go a faky route, I look forward to having colorful dreads.

You know her!! Has she a website? I have sewn a couple of coins in my dreads and felted a few - well got started anyway with some colours & raps, another person who inspires me here is :-

Thank you for telling us about this amazing flickr pool, i've had a look too and love it! You can't copy them because the site doesn't allow it, so its not smthing your doing

wow those are some nice 1's tho insted of adding ads attachments click the photo add button on the toolbar to add em in the discussions

She's on here but hasn't posted in a long time. I think she mostly sticks to tumblr. But she takes lovely pictures and was my inspiration (amongst a few others) to start my dread journey!
