u lose bout 1/2 right away and another 1/2 of that dur to shrinking on averagew but diferent methods can make a slight difference
sometimes
bot not always
and longer it is the more it might shrink

thanks man. Although i highly respect you and some others for going natural but i just dont have the time for it. I wanted to go the most natural as possible so i was thinking about twist and rip. but im not sure. I defiantly dont want to use chemicals and products because i believe that is unnecessary.
