Hi,

I had a question as to which method of applying sea salt to the roots, sprays or soaking gets better overall results? When I do a sea salt spray I usually leave it on my head for about an hour if I have the time. I am hoping to get my roots in good shape through maybe a soak, but I'm wondering which is

well i know washing with it in the shampoo works amazing  i don't think i  did sprays often if anything i  mixed up a pitcher poured it on  but i really only left it on like 10 min

you could try both see which gives better results and report back

I have thought about just putting it into my dr bronners batches that I make, how much salt is good, would a tablespoon be enough or could I get away with using a tea spoon's worth?

how would i know that without knowing the volume of water to be used

you need 3.5% f the water volume, 3% is fine 4% probably won't even dissolve

3.5% is the salinity of the ocean

so take your water volume  figure out what 3.5% of that is  you might want to then google  how many tablespoons is x ounces or whatever

or whats the volume of salt per tablespoon

you will have to do a lil math to figure it out based on the volume of the bronners mixture
