Hair Spray

I'm not talking about the toxic, icky, sticky hair spray, but making your own dready spray using essential oils.

I keep seeing lavender, peppermint, rosemary, patchouli, and tea tree mentioned around here.

So the question is, who around here makes your own spray? How many drops would you mix into say, 4oz water? What are your favorite combinations? Is there any possible way to damage your hair or scalp using these? by overuse or not washing soon enough? I wash every 2 to 4 days.

I have everything but the rosemary on hand right now, just need to figure out what i want to mix up and try it out... :-)

Thanks in advance for all comments and input that you might have!

oh, and the practical application here would be spraying something on more of the scalp than the longer hair, that would help to prevent itchies and dandruff. but i also just love smelly stuff (natural smelly stuff not fake smelly stuff ew)
