I just discovered I got dandruff.
Never had that before in my life.
I've been neglecting for almost 4 mounths and use the bakingsoda/apple cider vinegar method when washing my hair, about 2-3 times / week.
Has anyone else had this problem?
How do I make it stop?

add trateree rosemary and pepermint or switch to the teatree rosemary shampoo from dreadlockshampoo.com
its not the bs causing it that helps it especuialy with tt/rm dandruff happens when dreading earkly on from not combing to stimulate the scalp
it will get better with tt/rm
also use cool to coldnot hot water
Im gonna try that the. Im guessing I put the oils in the bs mixture and not in the avc rinse, correct? Do I need to use all the oils at once or can I use just one of them?
if i was going to just do 1 i do it in bs sometimes add to both and when its really bad i even add some to plain water dump on after the bs/acv then just a quick spray not to rinse out but rinse in and spread around
Im gonna go and see if i can find some of thoes oils today.
Just a few drops in my wash and rinse to start with.
Hope it will help. Guessing I'm gonna smell nice aswell
