Making your own shampoo?

I've been looking into making my own shampoo bars, and I was wondering if anyone had some success in making their own? I've been finding lots of directions and recipes but im not sure which ones are "dread safe" really..

So, what do you guys use when making your own shampoo, if you do?

you know making soaps and shampoos involve handeling caustic chemicals so you got to be very carful

if yoir serius about it id take a soap making class

you dont want to just use a recipe u found on youtube then end upblind if some splashes in yor eyes

just for the sake of safety take a class
