I've been naturally dreading for 3 months using bs and acv rinse. My dreads have some residue in them. I just ordered shampoo from dreadlockshampoo.com so I'm planning on using that bc of the hard water issue. Do I need to use a clarifying shampo to get rid of the residue? If so..any suggestions?

I have residue and hard water. I follow the ratios listed on here. I've even boiled the water and used bottled water. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if its just my body.
