Happy one year mark I know what you mean with the second wave of frustration and I actually think it's normal. When we first start, a lot, if not most of us, get impatient with the slow progress, so a year feels like a life-time away. When it finally hits, you're like, "Oh my god, I've made it!" but at the same time, you see that your dreads aren't 100% mature yet and suddenly your new massive goal is the two year mark lol. So I get that, although I haven't felt impatient in a long time.

I'm glad your journey is going well, and I hope your hardships are over and done with and that you're enjoying the good life now
