Here's my timeline. I twist and ripped about 13 dreads and neglecting the rest of my hair.

I plan to updatefrequently, hope you enjoy. =)

I sprayed lemon juice on my hair today. I think that makes it look a bit dreadier than it normally does in the 3 week pic. ^^

Just found my first naturally formed baby dread at 4 weeks & 2 days :D

lemon joice might condition it id use sea salt no lemon also lemon can lighten it graduasly too

gfor 3 weeks u can for sure see progress

i wouldnt expect very fast progress with your hair but not real slow either but more in the months range not weeks before seeing real dreads (not too many months tho 2 at a guess but could e far off too lol)

That's actually why I was using it, to try and lighten my hair up a bit. Didn't know it worked as aconditionertoo though, so might have to stop doing it. Or find a less conditioning way of lightening my hair.

I do already use sea salt... probably about 2-3 times a week.

ok to use it to lighten tho u neede sun exposure..or heat from blow dryers..and its gradual

might be hard to do in winter unless u keep applying and blow drying

and yea well..it softens fair mwaking it more acidic like vinager

Oh, but it's summer here and it was very sunny today! :) I'm in Australia. :P But yeah, I think I'll stop doing it.

ah well that makes a diference ..we jhave knee deep snow now so much snow the snow took down 2 trees

I washed my hair today and it does indeed feel very nice and soft, lol oops. No more lemon juice. :P

This is today after washing (with BS+seasalt/ACV) and drying in the sun:

really random question here but what kind of camera are you using for your pictures? they come out so clear and beautiful.
