So just start washing and sleeping without the stocking cap and they'll loosen up and I'll be on the right track? I work out a lot so I wash about twice a week to keep the scalp clean.

just leave em be they asre fine wash (without the stocking) and thats it they need tio loosen some to dread right anyway but they will dread just fine in no time

I was using Dr Bronners but recently I started using diluted African black soap. I may go back to Dr bronners. Then I would do an acv rinse and put a little unrefined coconut oil in after

So I just finished washing. Letting it air dry since it does so pretty quickly. Maybe 2 hours. Is this any better?
