Im 3 weeks into this process i started it with that amazing smelling mango lime gel...since then i have washed and just used aloe after. I wash once a week... Twist individual ones everyday 1 - 6 different ones a day. I am letting it do its thing as i twist... however, i think it might be time for 2nd opinions...
