BS wash Recipe

How much sea salt would be redommended to mix in with my BS wash? I am currently mixing one twelth of baking soda as there is water in my mixture and approx. one teaspoon of sea salt.

sea salt should equal the salinity of the sea wich is 3.5%

so if the water volumes 100 (tablespoons oz cups mililiters 100 units of anything) then u want 3 1/2 of the same unit of measurement

First, you should be using a bit more BS. 1/2 cup BS - 5 cups water is 1/10.

how much water are you using? 5 cups, 1 liter, 1 gallon? You want to make it 3.5% salt to water

When I am off at college living in the dorm I use empt bottles of water o put my mix in. When I am home I use the largest cup available so te amouts of wate I use differentiate. I usually wash my hair very four to five days.
