Hey there! Sometimes we just need some sort of wake up call in order to grow and heal. this could actually be the perfect oppertunity for you to let go and grow some beautiful, natural dreads! Just like when a wildfire rips through a forest, at first there is massive devestation but eventually the remains give birth to new growth! It's all about the harmony of nature. Go get help, John. Seeing a qualified professional could help you curve these negative impulses and make you feel better about yourself in general. Different types of therapies work for different people, but I suggest looking into some cognitive behaviouraltherapy. Just steer clear of the psychoanalysis (mumbo-jumbo) part of psychological treatment. Find what works for you, butdefinitelyget some help. There is no shame in it.
