if passed anything you own thats patented or brand name you wont technically own anymore or to be more precise you will need to get written permission from the company to sell it!

if its got a copywriten brand name the company you buy from retains all rights to the property as intelectual property
buy an iphone and want to upgrade? want to sell your old one to your brother? you cant without apples permission
